Our Agriculture Capabilities
Tasman Rope Access can perform works across a wide range of agricultural equipment including:
- Bins;
- Piping;
- Shells and Roofs;
- Silos; and
- Tanks
Our Multi-disciplined Rope Access team was requested to provide a more cost-effective way to paint and blast the Silo roofs in Albany.
With the introduction of Painting and blast from Rope Access, we have been able to eliminate the requirement for Scaffolding and have saved our client an estimated 40% on jobs cost.
We continue to identify Working at heights solutions to assist in the reduction of repetitive scaffolding for our agricultural clients.
A perfect example of this is the installation of permanent access solutions using static lines to allow for Hygiene cleaning which has reduced scaffolding requirements and contributed to a reduction in cost.
