CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
The project presented multiple challenges, primarily due to the operational nature of the plant. Our approach involved meticulous planning and scheduling to align with non-operational periods and scheduled shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations.
One notable task was the restoration of the heavily corroded CV002 take-up tower. Our team innovated by using custom-sized tarps to create a safe work environment that allowed for:
- Blasting and painting
- Over plating critical sections
- Fabricating and installing structural support and three staircases
These measures ensured that there was no downtime for the plant, highlighting our capability to deliver complex projects seamlessly.
OUTCOMES
Through strategic innovations and operational adjustments, we have delivered notable cost reductions, enhancing the overall value of the services provided to our client.
