Establishing a secure access method for replacing the 73kg rail utilised by the Ship Loader at an exporting facility with minimal impact to out loading operations.

PROJECT EXECUTION
We efficiently welded the column to the primary Jetty structure, incorporating tension lines on both sides to enable complete access to the entire 170m rail within a remarkable 10-hour timeframe.
Through collaboration with Tasman Rope Access, client achieved a cost savings of $600,000 compared to using traditional methods involving scaffolding and barges.
